    Echoes was written by Lisa Tenzin-Dolma, who was joined, under the band name Tenzin, by Zac Ware (guitarist with The Proclaimers) and Peter Ulrich (former percussionist with Dead Can Dance, This Mortal Coil, and The Peter Ulrich Collaboration. Su Hart (of Baka Beyond) and Marick Baxter contributed.
    The original concept was a story, though the songs can be taken individually,

Eva runs away, overcome by a sense of betrayal. She lives alone, isolated from the world, feeling that what she and Finn had couldn’t have been real, despite her powerful memories, and mourning her loss. She questions her purpose in coming to earth to find him, and decides that all she can do is let him go.
